• We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order (including orders flagged by fraud-prevention systems or affected by pricing errors).
• Payments are processed securely by our certified third-party payment provider, Stripe. We never store your full card details.
• By submitting an order, you confirm you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

• SolScape Co. is not liable for delays caused by carrier disruptions, regional weather events, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
• All shipments are governed by our full Shipping Policy.

• Every order is covered by our 30-Day Sand-Free Guarantee / 30-Day Satisfaction Policy. All refunds, replacements and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
• To return an item or report a defect, contact support@shopsolscape.com within 30 days of delivery.

All materials on this website — including logos, imagery, graphics, design and copywriting — are the intellectual property of SolScape Co. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or scraping of site content is strictly prohibited.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolScape Co. and its directors, employees or partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, services, or products.
• Our total liability is limited to the actual purchase price paid for the specific item in dispute. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
